Our history
Our company was set up in 2007 as a family business. We have been continuously developing since then. Great potential and wide possibilities distinguish us. Our company specializes in the design and comprehensive manufacture of mechanical and electronic devices. We also accept orders for unusual devices and details.
On request, we perform both individual projects and low-volume production. We have a wide range of services. From designing electronic devices to complete projects.
We are a team with over ten years of experience in the electronics and software industry. In 2015, we also added services related to CAD / CAM design and CNC milling of details to our competences. Challenges are our specialty. We have broad horizons, and we are not afraid to use our imaginations. Abstract concepts and extraordinary performance are our everyday life.

Development and prospects
We are constantly working on improving the scope of work. This will save time for both the client and the contractor. Our advantage is the integration of works in one company. The customer can expect benefits such as shortening delivery times for each project stage or better control over the final product.
Many years of experience in developing applications in languages such as ASM, Pascal, Borland Delphi, C, C ++, C # allows us to look wider at each problem and the possibilities of solving it. Processors such as Cortex-Mx are not an obstacle, and programming low-level applications or using databases in ADO.NET is something natural for us. Possibility of professional testing compliant with the MISRA or ISTQB standard.
To meet more and more advanced orders, we are constantly expanding our machine park, at the same time increasing our competences in the related production.

.net C# software
Many times during the development of devices the need arises to write applications. We then reach for solutions created in .net C# technology - both Windows applications and server-based database solutions.
Embedded software
During the design of electronic devices, the need to develop software for microcontrollers arose. With the development, we decided to implement the work of developing our own tools and libraries for ST's Cortex-M0..M7 family of CPUs.
3D model design.
In order to speed up modeling work, we decided to reach for off-the-shelf solutions to support 3D design with load simulations. With Solidworks software, we can achieve the highest world standards.
CNC milling
We perform CNC milling.
We have two machines available with working areas 550x350x200mm and 1500x1000x150mm. We accept orders for the processing of details from soft metals and plastics.

Engraving
We engrave with a fiber laser with a working area of 115x115mm and a CO2 laser with a working area of 500x350mm. We work with soft materials, plastics and anodized aluminum.
3D printing
We offer both serial and single 3D prints on machines with a maximum working area of 400x300x350mm. Possible printing from two filaments at the same time. The maximum working temperature is 350 degrees for the head and 120 degrees for the table.
Laser cutting
At the customer's request, we can make laser cutting in soft materials such as plexiglass or plywood. The maximum size of the material is 500x350mm.
Sandblasting
We offer high-pressure blasting, corundum treatment, or glass blasting of details made by us up to the size of 500x300x200mm.
Powder painting
We also have a small powder paint shop that allows us to cover details up to 900x450x450mm.
Electronics on request
As part of a finished device or on individual order, we make projects and ready to use electronic devices.
Pick & place assembly
As a part of "custom order electronics", we offer low-series PCB assembly on a pick & place machine.
TIG welding
For low-volume production and individual details, we can also perform assembly by TIG welding of both steel and aluminum.
Production of harnesses
Cable harnesses are usually a typical element of electrical and electronic devices. We propose to make them on the latest machines for their processing.
CNC plasma cutting
In order to further shorten the order fulfillment time, especially for a small number of ordered elements, we suggest cutting profiles and sheets up to 3000x1500mm and 20mm thick for black steel and 12mm for stainless and aluminum steel.

Expanding our range of services from June, we offer milling in the machining center of details with sizes up to 1000x500x250 and weight up to 500 kg
